Sir ,I took 37 days medical leave on 2017,and after that I joined back to my duty with medical fitness , I am a central govt employe , but now in 2019 my case work Is arguing I doesn’t have 37 leaves in ur credit it was a mistake from our side so u should convert it to half pay leave and balance u should pay ,I asked them to reduce it from my existing leave in my credit as per 2019 , but they r telling there is no provision for that . So I need a clarification .

If you are having half pay leave as on 2017 balance of leave may be converted to commuitted leave with full pay as two half pay leave as one day if you’re balance leave at your credit as on 2017 or if you can ask leave not due it will converted next year’s half pay leave 20 days to be credited (with full pay of 10 days), in service it can be taken if the leave sanctioning authority sanctions. You cannot taken E.L. to be credited on 2019. You politely ask your sanctioning authority LEAVE NOT DUE (20 H.P.F -10 full pay) credited to be on completion of service date that you can beeligible.

A employee applied for CL from Monday to Wednesday and informed to office about his inability to come to office on Thursday & Friday due to illness and later he submit his medical report on Monday (Sat & Sunday being weekly off)stating he was medically sick on Thursday and Friday. It is to know whether the whole period of CL and Medical leave will be automatically treated as Medical leave or the employee had to apply for it
