What a rubbish for providing 1% DA from July 2017 onward to all Govt. employees. This Govt. is not at all favoring all serving employees in all respects since beginning. Though we sincerely and honestly paying all govt. taxes from our salaries and even from outside like GST. As usual always inflation goes up then why DA rate goes down. Change the calculator and don’t fool the people anymore.

With very low interest rates and DA calculation made complex so that it always beconme one or two percent how a low paid NGO pensioner feel ache din. Pl ponder over. It makes no difference for higher ups because their fitment factor was well taken care off. Poor 2.57 walas are always in the rut.

Lower pay bands muat get higher da than higher pay bands.

It will at least reduce the pain of lower pay scale employs which they are feeling rt now.
Common mans pay scale who works day night 18000

    And higher ranks 250000

    Requirements same
But govt makes nuts every time

This is called the biggest curroption in country. If u can not change at this leval how u will change it later on

The formula to grant day in round figure deprives employees of increase in AICPIN up to .0.99 for next 6 months. Every time the employees remain deceived. Why more than 0.5 should not be counted as 1 (one) .Or else government may fix it in figures like 1.5%, 2.5% and so on. This stop employees to suffer for 6 months at least to some extent. This time increase in AICPIN is 5.94, and employees will get only total 5%, I.e. 1% and 0.94 will be carried forward which is a big injustice. Unions may raise voice please.

Da formula is not formulated correctly ..As such it will never fetch real rates of da payable. Our trade unionist should go through this formula & get it amended suitably.

Method adopted for fixing DA is very much disappointing compared to the increase in prices of essential items are being increased day by day and 1% DA hike from July, 2017 is very negligible. The method adopted is required to be changed so as to enable the serving employees and pensioners to cope with the increase in prices of essential items.

Chakrapani.C A Postmaster,Retd. Kurnool city, AP. Now settled at Hyderabad. For pensioners one percent of DA is nothing in metropolitan cities like Hyderabad, it is too less to the pensioners to manage the high rates of commodities, vegetables , Onions etc..The 7th pay commission also did not done justification for Postal pensioners for which all Postal pensioners are dissatisfied and unhappy.
