It has been decided that after completion of 12 years of service in Senior Grade, Selection Grade may be granted to miscellaneous category of teachers in Railways without insisting on higher qualifications
Exemption of Single mother employees from the purview of periodical transfer to other stations
Single mothers should be exempted from the purview of periodical transfer to outstations. Their transfers should be invariably managed at the same stations by change of seat/work-place within the same station.

Regarding revision of rate of stipend for Station Master’s category has been under consideration pursuant to the demand raised by All India Railwaymen’s Federation (AIRF) in the PNM forum as item No. 42/2018 and 03/2021
