The letter refers to an earlier Railway Board letter and encloses copies of two Office Memorandums from the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions dated 29.03.2023 on the subject. The instructions are to be widely publicized and strictly complied with. The letter requests acknowledgement of receipt.
