AFCAT Exam Syllabus of 2022
The Indian Air Force will schedule the AFCAT Exam 2022 in the near future to select candidates for a variety of positions. The recruitment department has released the notification for posts of Flying, Technical, Administration, and Logistics branch for permanent and short service commission officers.
Candidates who clear the AFCAT exam serve as Group A Gazetted Officers in Flying and Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) branches. The salary differs according to the rank of the officers and post of the officers in different branches.
The AFCAT Question Paper will have 100 questions. The total time allotted for the paper is two hours. Each Question Paper will have questions from the following topics:-
(a) English: Comprehension, Error Detection, Sentence Completion/Filling in of correct word, Synonyms, Antonyms and Testing of Vocabulary, Idioms and Phrases
(b) General Awareness. History, Geography, Civics, Politics, Current Affairs, Environment, Basic Science, Defence, Art, Culture, Sports, etc
(c) Numerical Ability. Decimal Fraction, Time & Work, Average, Profit & Loss, Percentage, Ratio & Proportion and Simple Interest, Time & Distance (Trains/Boats & Streams)
(d) Reasoning and Military Aptitude Test. Verbal Skills and Spatial Ability
