Handicapped Allowance
It is a conveyance allowance granted to differently abled employees in Indian Railways. This allowance is granted to employees who are visually challenged, orthopedically challenged and staff suffering from spinal deformity. The present rate is 5 percent of Basic Pay, subject to a maximum of ₹100 pm.
