Sir my present pay + Grade pay Rs.13270/- and my junior drawn Rs.13,030/- (between different 240/- ) but as per 7th pay commission in matrix both are same Rs.34300/-
(if the calculated as per 7 the pay commission 13270 x 2.57= 34103.90
and 13030 x 2.57=33487.10
both are in equally stand i.e. Rs.34300/-

if there is DA in 7 pay structure, how they would enhance the DA with time? We would be cheated from timely hikes in salary with hike in the price of commodities. How our salaries will be hiked as earlier with DA hike for every 6 months.
This 7 pay is a big cheating and nothing else and the present governement has disappointed us v.badly

From last about two pay commissions, I am observing whenever the time reaches to enhance the pay scales of the GE, govtt attitude towards the pay revision remains almost the delay tactics policy,at least they should realise the market hike of essential commodities and purchasing strength of the common govt employee and should be consider it well in time

During 6th pay,seniors officers are being humiliated in regards to TA,allowances etc as the grade pay being the criteria the junior gets same as the senior as long as they are in the same cadre. Hope during 7th pay, this disparity is removed honouring the longer service rendered by those senior officers.

There should be a rational difference amongst the employees of Central Govt. so far as the perks are concerned. In a 25 years service experience, I found that the difference of salary gets increased largely especially for the last 15 years. There are employees who are getting perks of over Rs.50,000 are not giving their outputs and there is no checks. Some of the employees are without assignments and salary is being disbursed without any scrutiny. In some cadres, the strength of employees are so much and in the other are so less because of non-recruitment policy for the so many years. The salary component should be based on the outcome of performance, responsibility and extraction of work of an employee and not on the basis of the post he/she is working. In 6th CPC, a huge gap has arisen due a such a large difference of grade pays etc.
In short, I would like to take attention of all those clerks cadre who have been deprived of such benefits and in my point of way, these are the real auditors in the present times and once this cadre is encouraged, corruption in large scale is controlled. For the last 2 decades corruption has increased in manifold and being rampant in every sphere, the main cause is that the administrative cadre has been discouraged for the last 2 decades. The corrupt persons never try to encourage these clerks who settle the cases after adopting proper procedure and rules laid down for it. The rules are being flouted in every sphere where such corruption cases arise. An employee who does not work for the day he/she is supposed to pay also leads to corruption practice and every officer at the helm is responsible for this menace. Encourage these clerks and give them better trainings will lead to a society free from corruption in an effective way. Thanx.

When preparing the pay scales of all groups of employees, it is to be compared with the market price of all items for livinghood. For example the price of one kg of potato is the same to the purchaser of all the groups of employees of different scales. Hence the pay scales of all the four groups of employees should not be much different as done in the earlier pay commissions. That was a great mistake. In this pay commission please rectify it.

The structure of payment of Dearness Allowance to central govt. Employees was good up to IV cpc . It seems to be the cause of inflation in the country due to same percentage of Dearness Allowance to each and every pay scale accepted by Govt. PROPOSED BY VTH CPC AND ALSO IN VITH CPC. As a result of which the purchasing capacity of higher pay group of employees is more than that of lower pay group of employees. And thereby inflation is beyond control of the Govt. in the country. So the formula of payment of DA to central govt. Employees up to IVth CPC is required to be re examined by VIIth CPC in order to give justice to the lower pay group of employees and to common men of the country as a whole.

Grade pay for junior engineetd is very low as compared to ies staff. Even though the working condition and tadk assained not much different. MACP is not a satidfactory financial benefit. Also service of bro is very taugh task.
