My father was an employee of Bihar government. He was promoted to personal assistant w.e.f 05.03.1982 before completion of three years of last financial upgradation(Kaniya Pravar Koti) which was given to him on 01.04.1981.

Therefore on promotion to Personal assistant his fitment to new scale was done on 01.04.1984. Please guide what will be his next annual increment date.

As you mentioned that scales and 6500-9000 was not merged by DOPT. Only pay scales of 6500-10500 has got to GP 4600 as per order dt.. 4-1-2019. Any of the court orders are not implemented to all. Example defece/military/BSF got MACP from 1-1-2006. Once Finance Ministry issues orders then only it will be implemented to CIVIL Employees & for pensioners it will be implemented by DOPT. Another example now D.R. orders from 1-7-2019 it was not issued so far, but employees got the arrears for 3 months.

As submitted by your basic pay of Rs.680 in the scale 425-800 my calculations as Rs.680+D.A&ADA + 3500 = 4100 + I I.R.100+ II I.R.10% of basic = 410 total 680+3500+4100+100+410=4610 + 40% fitment for 5th CPC 1844 total 6454 in 6rh CPC fixed as 6500 x 1.86 + 4200 (GP) = 16290 2.57 = 41865.3 fixed in 7TH CPC in matrix level 6 stage 7 as 42300/2 (50%)= 21150 as NOTIONAL PENSION from 1/1/2016. For that pension of Rs.21,150/- + D.R.from 1/7/16 as 2%, from 1/1/17 as 4% and from 1/7/17 as 5% applicable as arrears up till now. Further this is to inform you that if you are completed age of 80 years additional pension with D.R. at 20%, if 85 years at 30%, if 90 years 40%, if 95 years 50% and if 100 years 100%. So far you have not got the revised pension you should contact your ex-employed/PAO with your pension records. Since 90% of pensioners have got it. With Regards.

My father took 100% commutation on voluntarily being absorbed by a PSU in 1986. His Basic Pay was ₹1700 in the scale 1300-1700.
What would be the calculation for pension under 7CPC after restoration of full pension (which otherwise should have been done in 2001, but as usual the Govt went to Court and after losing twice in the Apex Court is now doing it.)

I was holding a group B post(Class II Non gazetted) under Ministry of Home Affairs in the grade of Rs.425-800 before getting relieved for joining a PSU.My lien was retained as per rules. In 2007 when my one third pay was restored I was placed in the scale of Rs.1640-2900 w.e.f.1.1.86 as the 4th CPC had upgraded the pay scale in which I was working.Persons holding the same post is given a grade pay of Rs.4600 w.e .f.2006whereas while fixing my notional pay I was allowed grade pay of Rs.4200 only. I feel this is not a correct decision. Just as any
Other person I should have been granted Rs.4600 as grade pay for notional fixation of pension. This decision has reduced my pension considerably.I shall be grateful if I am advised in this regard.
