I got retired from VJTI, MATUNGA, MUMBAI, on 10-11-1995. My basic pay at that time was Rs.1251/- .
there is some discrepancy in my fitment to the 6th and 7 th pay commission, and the bank has asked for correct pension. I am 82 years old and am eligible for 20% extra basic pension. The bank has already stopped my pension from FEB 2020. Please help me.

Plz provide the court orders through which erstwhile group D followers, now upgraded to group C in CPMF given the grade pay of Rs 2000, w.e.f 01.01.2006. Likewise applicable for cook, baarber, watercarrer, peon, farash, Washerman etc. Who were given grade pay 1300, 1400, 1600, 1650, 1800, 1900. Also through that court orders they would become applicable for grant of grade pay 2400, 2800 and 4200 on completion of 10,20 and 30 years of regular service.

There is no separate tables for each Pay Commission employees.. 5th CPC employees concerned as per their last basic pay multiple by 1.86 adding their scales of Grade Pay eligible in 6 the CPC total multiply by 2.57 = fixating equal or higher in their eligible Matrix level in 7th CPC . For Pensioners 50% of their last basic pay as notional Pension p.m. from 1/1/2016 + applicable dearness relief from time to time.

Having an impressive resume or perhaps a CV in today’s competitive world is very important should your
CV stands apart with the pile of CVs’ then your odds of getting your dream job will always be
higher. Student Jayeeta Putatunda thought it was “the most fun part of the whole PGDM course”.

But he didn’t any. He retired on June 2009 with the pay of 20980+4600/ without any financial upgradation under ACP scheme. He passed away on July 2018. How has his pay to be fixed under acp and what will be his grade pay under acp. Thanks

This is to inform that actually ACP scheme was started from 9/1999 at that time employee should have completed 8/10 years as per their group of appointment, not as per their joining date. It seems as the retirement year of your husband, if he might have been completed the superannuation age of 60 years & he jointed service and completed 30 years. After the ACP scheme from 1/9/2008 new scheme was started for those you have not got the promotions within 10 years their pay may be upgraded with their service conditions. Moreover he might have been completed 30 years as on 1/9/2008 and got 3rd MACP as per his last basic pay. Check up as per his basic pension from 1/1/2016 is Rs.33,000/- plus D.R. upto his life time. Since he has completed 67 years after death, now your family pension of 60% is at Rs.19,800/- plus D.R. & Fixed medical allowance as per the rates applicable time to time & living non residence CGHS area in respectively upto your life time. The above mentioned pension/family pension was not received contact your husband’s ex-employer/PAO/CPAO.

I retired on 31st July 1995. My last pay was Rs.3200 under the 4th Pay Commission regime in the pay scale of Rs.2000-60-2300-75-3200-3500. My pension was fixed at Rs.1472 based on the services rendered. I now understand the requirement of 33 years service for getting full pension (i.e. 50% of last pay drawn) has been done away even in respect of pre-1.1.2006 pensioners by the government recently. I would be very much thankful if I could get a copy of the order issued for refixation of pension of pre-1.1.2006 retirees. Thanking again.
