    My name nitin.
    Working in ESIC…I was UDC and got promotion of Assistant on dated 27.07.2016
    On 1st jan my basic was 8770+2400
    After 1st july increment my pay 9110+2400
    And after promotion my will be 9460+4200
    But my problem is that after cent govt notification …..we should multiplier of 2.57….because of which my pay is falling below 35400. But as per matrix calculation on 2.62 multipliet my basic will be fix on 36500……therefore please help me out in this….

Where are tax free allowances like medical allowance (15000 exemption per year) transportation allowance (9600 exemption per year) hra ( 2.5 lakhs exemption per year if someone buys a house).

  66. Some govt employee got loss in new pay commission by fixtation in normal fitment formula by 7thcpc. But if this pay will fixtation by upgraded by 7thcpc fitment formula it may benefitiory to employees. So this upgraded formula should implimented to all employees. Govt make sure to impliment this, if not, all india employee fedration shoud announce the strike in all over india. How this political persons increase there pay with out any limit on just stoping the Developement of country in constitusnal houses of india, but in the name of employees they looks like us as heavy burden of expenses, they dont know we are the game changer of india in Developement or in any field. So support every employee union in your area its in your favor always. Plz

  153. Sir the most affected person in the 6th pay commission were Post Graduate Teachers . Trained Graduate Teachers were given 7450 and than fixed in the new pay scale of 4600 GP but PGT were given 7500 and than fixed in 4800 just Rs. 200 difference. Secondly the formula which was adopted in that commission seniors are getting less pay than their junior. No anomaly was rectified till date. Whether such arrangement were made by the 7th CPC not to repeat such anomaly.
    Secondly, If a person was to be promoted in 7600 PG than why he was granted ACP of 6600 GP?
    Thirdly, Why the PGT next ACP was awarded in the pay scale of 15600- 5400 when it was given in the 6th C pay Commission. It gives a great loss to the employees.
    Please do not repeat such anomaly.

  164. All Trade Unions should take into account the recruiting qualification prescribed for Central Govt. jobs before fixing the Pay Scales. Central Government Employees are being recruited on the basis of the qualification of pass in 12th or Matriculation,Diploma,Degree,Post Graduate Degree,M.Phil and Ph.D., through UPSC and various recruitment Boards. According to the recruiting qualification, the pay scales should be the same. “One scales for One qualification” should be adopted. Special allowances,if necessary, may be given by the respective Department if they found necessary for skilled and hazardous work.
    Promotional Grade should not find a place in the common pay scales announced by the Government. Who and What ever may be,” Periodical Benefits” @ 2 increments in the existing Grade should be given as a monetary benefit to the un-willing and un-qualified staff on completion of every 10 years. Promotion to the eligible staff should be given on passing the Departmental Examination and the Grade should be identical for all the Departments and they should be brought up to the level of Department Head. If this is done anomalies like Junior getting more pay than the Senior, supervisor getting less pay than the
    supervised and un-qualified staff getting more pay and grade than the qualified will not arise.

  265. As previous 3 pay commission, vii cpc will also consider 40% hike only. It is presumed that the enhancement will be 2.65 (Pay +G.Pay + D.A @ 125% + 40% fitment) only and not as expected 2.89 etc. The expected Minimum pay will be 19,000/-.

I just wanted to say that the structure of govt office are very bad / poor if I as a govt employee work in office at least 8 to 9 hours in a day but we have lot of shortage of employees on govt office and no proper chairs to sit and no a/c in office without coolers , fans are in very bad condition also toilets are in very bad condition lots of things or no body is leasnning to the staff lots of things . No body take care of govt staff. If our office modernise then we can work smoothly .

    I would like into bring your kind notice that dearness allowance is being given as percentage of the main components of pay structure hence the government servant may face the price hikes of essential commodities to some extents but in above table it may be observed that No dearness allowance is paid on House Rent Allowance to the government employees.
    You also know that the prices of real estate are on very higher side and it is a common practice in the real estate market that the landlords increase the rent every year by 10% to 15% of previous year’s rent but the House Rent Allowance of employees do not increase with the same rate.
    This should be considered and a provision of Dearness Allowance on House Rent Allowance (DA on HRA) should be given on the same rate as it is given on salary and transport allowance.

Sir, Unless settle the pending anomalies of 6th CPC regarding pay fixation issues related with merged of pre-revised pay scales of Rs.5000-8000 & Rs.5500-9000 to Rs.6500-10500/- & also without fixing the minimum pay for all the GP of merged scales as shown in revision chart of 7th CPC, by amending Rule 7 (NOTE-2A) Illustration 4B of CCS(RP) 2008, how the Government can implement 7th CPC. If the Govt. do so, many of the employees will get deprived from their actual benefits of pay fixations, not only in 6th cpc but also in 7th cpc. Regarding CCS/CSCS/AFHQ Cadre up to certain level all the issues & anomalies have been resolved. Problems are faced by only lower formations and sub-ordinate offices. Hence, please do justice with us.

  368. the CALCUATION IS WRONG when the pay as on dated 12670 and grade pay is 4200 as on 30.06.2015 the calcuator shows as 13010 as the pay as on 1.7.2015 which shows that 3% on 12670 only taken into consideration whereas the increment is calculated on Band pay + Grade Pay i.e. 12670+4200 = 506.10 say Rs.510/- to be added with band pay. Therefore the pay as on 1.7.2015 is 12670+510= 13180 and not 13050. This may be corrected.

  379. There are so many expectations about 7th Pay Commission. Unless 40% of hike is there, the employees can not meet the requirements due to the sky rocketying prices. The salary structure of the State Governments is better than the Central Government. For example the State of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have declared 43% hike to their state employees. As a result the LDC working in these two states is drawing more than a UDC of the Central Government. Therefore, it is time now for the 7th PC to look into it and recommend a reasonable hike to the Central Staff.

    However revised pay scale has been implemented for existing staff and it was not granted to pensioner!

    Moreover the honorable Supreme Court judgement for press 2006 pensioner has yet implemented. The Honorable SC could not help.

    There is no Pay Band is not given to the pensioner.

    Even the pay commission or SC given some benefit the officer implementing the same are conservative and not to move with time

    The babu are asking Pay Commission and the benefit go to the higher up.

    There are many example. Non govt staff are given educational allowance latter on the same were given to
    Higher group
    State govt gives ex-gratia payment. To retired group also for diwali. However the bonus is not extended to retire gs

    Let us wait and see the results

  387. For example I am a retired subedar clerk, rendered 30 years of service.Was as excellent scholar in the school days. Had a marvelous record of service be in the peace, field, record office, regimental centre, rashtriaya rifles and army headquarters. Due to straight forwardness in the talking behavior could not earn the honorary captain rank. Many times applied for ACC commission but could not get through. The contemporary ones are getting somewhere around 1.5 lakh salary, someone the handsome pension of around 70K at least. Keeping in view the overall scenario of indian army and civil sector as of now a retired subedar of Group Y must be given overall 80 thousand pension to live a respected life without support on the various civilian factors.

  511. Military Service Pay should be equaled for all ranks in Army. All the risky task in military service are entirely executed by JCOs & OR. How MNS officers are getting MSP of Rs.4200/- whereas JCOs & OR are getting only Rs.2000/- inspite, they are not deployed in any risky location as JCOs & OR are deployed. Justification on the matter is solicited. Secondly, percentage of entitlement of CILQ/HRA should be 100% to all married pers. Rate of the same may be deferred according to the rank status. So that NCO/OR can reside with their family at duty station peacefully & also to educate their children in good schools.

Military service pay may be equal for all ranks. Separate line or queue not to be maintained for medical facilities, canteen facilities, PRS facilities, Gas facilities, and others where a Sepoy pays same amount.

After completing almost six year i was with lower pay than the first pay of direct entrant with 4600. will this continue until retirement irrespective of the fact i will acquire higher GP than that person of 4600 who came in to service after six year. would this anomaly will be amended in seventh pay commission that higher grade pay will have some meaning? will there would be minimum basic pay for each grade pay?

  609. (1) Whether GRADE PAY supporting to band pay wii be continued or not????

    (2)In 7CPC procted basic pay, there are 3 components I.e. 50%,60% and 70%. Which are confusing so pl clarify the same.

  611. Sir in 2006 I am in PB.1 1900. Now. Still in 2400 at 2009. Then when I reach pB.2 please tell u see in central gov employee mostly 80Percent pB.2. Only .please we also working in mechanical department .

We expect as veterans of the armed forces that the Central Government will fulfill it promise of giving OROP to all pensioners within the next 60 days i.e. at least within the next one year after forming the government in the Centre. If this is not done then people will start feeling that that the BJP government has gone back on its promise and that will not be good.

  614. Is there any calculator for retired Government Servant’s Pension due to 7th CPC? If not kindly develop one. I had my GP 9000=00 in the 6th pay(INDIAN COUNCIL OF AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH -UGC Scale), what would be my GP in the 7 CPC?

    Sorry for inadvertent error.
    Asstt.Accounts Officer, are also enjoiying in PB-3(only after 3 years) in PB-2, they are also getting PB-3, with GP-5400.

Whether the projected calculator will be beneficial for those PS/Gazetted (working in PB2 for the last 14 years i.e., since January,2002 in Zonal Railways ) who has been working in (9300-34000) GP 4800 after 4 years got 5400 and no further avenue of promotion till date despite 6CPC recommended Pay Parity with RBSSS. Though our counterparts in Rly.Board Sectt.Stenographer Service are enjoying PB-3 GP 6600, 7600 & 8700 and also those in Zonal Rlys.working as Asstt.Electrical Engineer, Asstt.Personnel Officer, Asstt.Mechanical Engineer, Asstt.Accounts Officer, are also enjoying in PB-3 (only after 3 yrs. service in PB2, they are also getting PB-3, with GP 6600). Hoping to get favourable judicious decision shortly.
