Increments in pay matrix – The increment shall be as specified in the vertical cells of the applicable Level in the Pay Matrix

An employee in the Basic Pay of 3230o in Level 4 will move vertically down the same Level in the cells and on grant of increment, his basic pay will be 33300. |
