Sub: Revision of Yardsticks for Accounts department.

Ref: This office letter of even no. dated 06/05/2020.

In partial modification, para (2) of the letter under reference may be read as under:

2. Accordingly, the yardsticks for Accounts department, for the following activities have been revised:

Office	Parameters	Revised Yardsticks
Divisions	Per 10.000 staff of Divisions	62
Headquarters	Per 10,000 staff of Zonal Railways	81
Traffic Accounts	Per Rs. 1500 Crore Originating Earnings	(i) For administrative work, compilation of Earning Accounts and Budget, Billing of vouchers staff strength should be 50. (ii) For internal check of balance sheets and other station returns. For 100 stations, no. of staff=100. Then for every four(04) stations no. of staff= 1 (iii) For station inspection, for every 10 station= 1 Sr.TIA.

* In case of less than 10000 staff, the no. of staff will remain as 62 and 81 in Division and Headquarter respectively.”

3. All other terms and conditions remain same.
